Dwayne is the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that he established in 2007. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne In addition to being a pastor, is passionate about training up the next generation. He serves on the director's board for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has authored numerous articles on the internet and has been a contributing author to Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Re-invent Your Life With God's eternal truth.
