Annie Mist Thorisdottir, an experienced professional CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She is also the owner of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it as well. Annie is the first female to take home in the CrossFit Games twice. In 2010, she placed second. Annie Thorisdottir, an Icelandic weightlifter, is also a CrossFit athlete and celebrity media personality. She became famous for becoming the first woman who been awarded twice at the CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012. A winner at The Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2017, Annie is well-known. Annie was born in and brought up in Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and siblings. As a exercising enthusiast since a young age she participated in various school games and also won numerous awards. In 2009 she first participated in the CrossFit competitions in California where she performed relatively well in initial games. Annie Thorisdottir's average age is 31 years old (as of 2021). She is 5'7" and she weighs approximately 67kg. Annie started her CrossFit journey in California in 2009. Her performance was impressive in her initial games. She was within the top 10 of a field of 70. Although she didn't take home any titles, she finished with eleventh place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. She placed 2nd in CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's supervision. Because of her outstanding performance, she managed to win her first CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. Annie's exceptional performance in 2012 led her to another CrossFit Games victory. This was her second consecutive time she won consecutively. Additionally, in 2014 Annie was awarded a Silver Medal, and, most recently, in 2021, she took home a Bronze Medal in the CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was founded by Annie. Annie, who is gaining notoriety for her athletic talents, is featured in ads for athletic products, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration's sidekick Yerbae Renewal Periodization Transparent Labs and many more. Her own Youtube page has over 1,000 subscribers, where she posts videos of her family, travel and other topics along with training and diet plans.
